Do you offer refunds?
If your product is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please reach out to us at email@example.com to discuss either you'd like a refund or a new product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What If I want to exchange a size?
All of our products are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not available. Please check the size guides and product information carefully. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us and we'll get you a new one.
